DPC has installed a dock-leveller for a main supermarket chain. The main works area was excavated within a live loading bay. The team installed reinforcement, shuttering and in situ concrete allowing for connection to storm water, drainage and service pipework. All works were carried out in a live environment with minimal disruption and timely execution achieved through exacting measures and forward-planning.
A second example is a scissor-lift install within a high-care area where works had to be planned out of an hour-by-hour basis with Method Statements walked through on-site with Client Management prior to works commencement. Due to the quality of labour and the expertise of the staff all deliverables were met.
DPC have constructed bases for silos which required meticulous setting-out of bolt boxes so that steel erections could be installed as per the exacting (mm perfect) drawings.
