HSENI have reminded all that the CDM transition period ends on 1st August 2017.
The new CDM regulations are due to come into play in Northern Ireland 1st August 2016, following on from GB’s adoptions of the same CDM amendments in July 2015. The HSENI have kindly produced a brief version of the main changes which is attached here
