Construction and fit-out of a 500ft2, 1-hr fire-rated, fully air-conditioned Clean Room for the production of PPE. The room was constructed under a pre-existing mezzanine floor and installed with positive air pressure and new transformer connection with full power and data install; all achieved within a 2-week turnaround time.
