HSENI have reminded all that the CDM transition period ends on 1st August 2017.
A recent survey Labour Market Outlook 2015 completed by CIPD for Spring 2015 shows a positive outlook, particularly for the SME market. The results show 43% of employers are expected to increase their workforce versus 18% who are expected to decrease. Both the private sector and SMEs were more buoyant and positive in their employment and growth plans versus the private sector and larger organisations.
