I met Dermot whilst working on a complete redesign of the COSMO restaurant, Victoria Square in Belfast. Dermot was the Project Manager.
The scope of the work involved complete remodelling of a vacant unit to create a new restaurant. The project took a little over 4 months to complete.
Dermot is an experienced construction project manager and coordinator. His excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and commitment to follow-through are assets which enabled him to juggle the extensive details involved in our project without missing a beat.
Dermot and his team are very flexible and effective in dealing with unexpected developments. When unforeseen problems surfaced (e.g., water damage into the neighbouring unit, Dermot and his team worked diligently to identify a solution that was acceptable and suitable to all parties concerned.
