We engaged with DPC Contracts Ltd to refurbish a major office property in the Merrion Square area of Dublin. The Managing Director of the Company Dermot was always immediately available by phone 24/7. He viewed the proposed works and surveyed the building in the afternoon of our first contact and returned a very competitive quote the following day.
The works were carried out in a live office environment and the residents/occupants of the building were not inconvenienced in any way. We were in fact expecting a level of disruption but this was never realised.
The project was executed in a very professional way, everything was finished on time and snag free. The Managing Director Mr Dermot Cushnahan made sure after completion that there was no unfinished items or additional requirements.
