This project started with a 6-week turnaround time from inception to completion. The premises had been a derelict building and the DPC challenge was to transform this abandoned retail unit into the high quality, high-end property the client and their brand required. DPC needed to gut out and clear the premises before works commenced. We provided DPC’s specialist trades in building, joinery, flooring, partitioning and decoration at Kildare for the duration of the project to ensure works were controlled, time bound and completed to the highest standards on behalf on the main contractor. We provided materials by obtaining favourable local trade rates. Handover was achieved in a very tight timeframe, on schedule, on behalf of the client and the outlet opened as planned.
