DPC Contracts completed the fit-out project from late August to November 2023 (10-week plan). The White Company is a retailer in luxury clothing, homeware and gifts and they chose Victoria Square for its prime location in the North, in keeping with its brand identity. DPC worked in liaison with Oakwoods UK and DPC was responsible for site set-up, floors, walls, ceilings, fire & intruder alarms, plumbing, air-conditioning, internal & external signage. Both Oakwoods and The White Company were delighted with the project, delivered ontime and within budget.
